added: more enemy types, a game over/restart option
along with some general refactoring, there are now more enemy types roaming around the game. the difficulty of the enemies now considers the current depth, too. there’s a fair bit of work left with the enemies and spawning but there’s at least a start.
also the player is given the option to restart from character creation when they die now.
